| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对高血压患者就医行为的效果影响。方法:对住院104例高血压患者随机分两组,对照组52例,观察组52例。两组在年龄、性别、病情、病程、职业、文化等无差异(P>0.05)。对照组按常规护理,观察组实施针对性健康教育。结果:干预后观察组患者的不良就医行为有所改善,不良生活方式由干预前的90%下降到干预后的23%,就医、服药依从性由干预前的58%上升至干预后的98%(P<0.01)。结论:对高血压患者实施护理干预,提高患者的就医行为,控制和稳定血压,预防并发症,保证患者的生活质量有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore nursing for therapy behavior of the patient with hypertension.Methods:The comparison group and observation group were divided among 104 patients with hypertension by random with 52 patients each.There was no difference in age,sex,disease,occupation & cultural level etc(P>0.05).The routine nurse was carried out in the comparison group and the pertinence healthy education was done in the observation group.Results:The bad therapy behavior had been changed in the observation group after nursing,the bad life style had been decreased from 90% to 23% and the obedience of taking medicine had been increased from 58% to 98%(P<0.01).Conclusion:It has great practical significance to nurse the patients with hypertension,to increase therapy behavior,to control and stabilize blood pressure,to prevent syndrome and improve their life quality. |
