| HBV-DNA、HBVpreS1-Ag、HBeAg之间的相关性分析与临床意义 |

| 摘 要： | 目的为了观察HBV-DNA、HBVpreS1-Ag、HBeAg之间的相关性与临床意义。方法对120例HBV感染者采用ELISA法检测HBVpreS1-Ag与HBeAg,PCR法检测HBV-DNA。结果84例HBV-DNA阳性患者中,PreS1-Ag与HbeAg的阳性率分别为83.33%(70/84)和79.76%(67/84),二者无显著差异(P>0.05);48例HBeAg阴性患者HBV-DNA和HBVpreS1-Ag的阳性率分别为35.42%(17/48)和31.25%(15/48),明显低于阳性患者(P<0.05)。结论HBV-DNA、HBVpreS1-Ag与HBeAg之间有密切的相关性,联合监测对更好的早期诊断HBV感染,了解病毒的复制情况,疗效观察和预后判断具有极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the correlationship of HBVDNA,HBV preS1-Ag And HBeA and its clinical significance.Methods 120 people infected HBV were detected with HBV-DNA,HBV preS1-Ag and HBeAg by PCR and ELISA.Results The positive ratio of HBV preS1-Ag and HBeAg in the 84 HBV-DNA positive patients were 83.33%(70/84)and 79.76%(67/84).The positive ratio of HBV-DNA and HBV preS1-Ag in the 48 HBeAg negative patients were 35.42%(17/48) and 31.25%(15/48).Conclusions There is a close relationship among HBVDNA,HBVpreS1-Ag and HBeAg.It is very important to monitor the three together for the diagnosis of HBV infection in earlier stage,the investigation of reproduction,therapeutic observation and prognosis. |
