诱导大鼠肥胖过程中体内激素及瘦素水平的变化研究

高能饲料诱导大鼠肥胖的动态过程中，用放射免疫分析方法测定大鼠血清中胰岛素（ｌｎｓｕｌｉｎ）及生长激素（Ｇｒｏｗｔｈｈｏｍｏｒｎ）水平。采用ｗｅｔｈｅｍ ｂｌｏｔ技术检测大鼠血清中瘦素）Ｌｅｐｔｉｎ）的水平。结果发现随大鼠体重增加，瘦素水平、胰岛素水平增加，而生长激素水平随大鼠体重翟加而下降。说明瘦素与肥胖的发生发展存在一定的关系，且与胰岛素、生长激素之间的变化规律存在相互作用，在肥胖的发生发展过程

Studies the Changs of Leptin and Hormones During Induce the Obesity of Rats

To study the change of leptin with westhern blot and detect the insulin (INS) and growth hormone (GH) in serum using radioimmunoassay during high-calorie diet induce rats obesity.The results show leptin and INS were rised with increased bodyweigh (BW) of rats, but the GH was declined with the increased BW. It suggest that there are relations between obesity and leptin and exist mutual action mechanism among leptin and insulin and GH during inducing rats obesity.
