摘    要:用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶组化方法观察E14d起至生后28d这段时间大鼠纹状体一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的发育,结果:胚龄16d时,尾壳核内已有一氧化氮合酶的表达,此时细胞数量少,细胞圆形,无突起或仅有一短的突起,胚龄18d一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的数量增多,生后1display status

Abstract:NADPH d histochemical method was used to investigate the development of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) neurons in the striatum of rat from embryonic day 14(E14) to postnatal day 28(P28). The results showed that NOS positive neurons appeared at the ventrolateral area of the caudate putamen (CP) at E16 day. The positive cells were round, without processes or with one or two short processes. The amount of NOS positive cells increased at E18 dya. At postnatal day one(P1), the soma size of NOS positive cells increased and their processes were stained in dotted line. At P7 days, NOS positive neurons developed contiously and their neurites extended much longer with numerous varicosities. At the P14 day some positive NOS cells continued to differentiate with multiplc dendritie arborizations and sometimes longer positive neurites were mainly located in the striatal specific potchzones. At P21 day the positive neurons became more mature and at P28 day, NOS positive cells were similar to those of the adult. NOS positive neurons were first distributed at the ventrolateral part of the striatum at E16 to P1 day and distributed all over the caudate putamen with densely from P7 to P28 day.
