肝移植术后患者的心理状态分析及护理

目的探讨肝移植术后患者精神心理障碍的原因并提出相应的护理措施。方法通过临床观察和谈话交流了解肝移植患者心理状况和引起心理变化的相关因素,采取术前访视患者及心理支持等护理措施。结果患者术后会出现不同程度的精神心理改变,需要在加强护理的同时进行心理干预。结论应重视肝移植术后患者的心理变化,采取有针对性的心理护理措施,提高患者生活质量。

Analysis and nursing of psychological status of the patients after liver transplantation

Objective To study the cause of psychological disorder of the patients after liver transplantation and to introduce some corresponding nursing measures. Methods The psychological status of the patients underwent liver transplantations and the related factors causing the psychological change were studied through clinically observing and talking to them. Then the nursing measures such as making interviews before the operation and giving psychological support were adopted. Results The patients experienced various psychological changes after liver transplantations that need to be paid more nursing care and given psychological intervention. Conclusions It is important to understand the psychological change of patients who accepted liver transplantation and to apply some pertinent psychological nursing measures thereby for improving the life quality of patients.
