| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗重症痔的价值和手术技巧。方法总结PPH治疗40例重症痔患者的临床资料。结果手术时间15～45 min,住院时间3～14 d。术中下腹短时疼痛10例,尿潴留15例,肛门轻度疼痛15例,外痔团不回缩3例。40例随访3～36个月,治疗满意39例,1例复发。结论国产吻合器治疗重症痔安全可靠,并具有疗效确切和价格低廉的特点,值得临床推广和应用。
