摘    要:目的 了解再生障碍性贫血(AA)小鼠外周血中IL-11及受体(IL-11R)的含量及其相互之间的关系,进一步探讨(AA)的发病机制,试图为IL-11治疗(AA)提供新的理论依据.方法 免疫法诱导建立AA的动物模型,分别用ELISA法及流式细胞仪分别测定(AA)小鼠外周血中IL-11及IL-11R的水平.结果 试验组大部分AA小鼠血中IL-11及IL-11R的水平发生了变化,其中17/30只小鼠同时存在IL-11及IL-11R水平降低,而13/30只小鼠仅有IL-11R水平的下降.结论 IL-11及IL-11R在AA发病机制中起一定作用.但其发挥作用的原理和过程尚需进一步探讨.

Abstract:Objectives To measure the serum levels of interleukin-11(IL-11)and Interleukin-11 receptor(IL-11R)and study the relationship between these serum levels in the animal model of aplastic anemia(AA),explore the pathogenesis and provide evidence for treatment of AA.Methods Animal model of AA was established with immunologically-induced method and serum levels of IL-11 and IL-11R in peripheral blood were assessed with ELISA and flow cytometry.Results Compared with the controls,changes of IL-11 and IL-11R were observed in most of the AA mice,both levels were decreased in 17/30 mice and decrease of IL-11R only was detected in another 13 mice.Conclusions The study suggested that IL-11 and IL-11R might play a role in the pathogenesis of AA.Further studies are needed to validate the mechanism of the disease and the role of IL-11 and IL-11 receptor.
