| 摘 要： | 本文报告了9例左房占位性病变,其中4例左房粘液瘤,5例左房血栓。左房血栓切面超声心动图上为半圆形,无蒂,附着面大,不运动,多位于左房后壁;而左房粘液瘤则为圆形,活动度大,附着面小,多位于房间隔近二尖瓣环处,在舒张期可脱入二尖瓣而变长。通过病例分析认为超声心动图对左房占位性病变的诊断、鉴别诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | The two dimensional echocardiographic findings in 9 patients with intra atrial masses are reported. Four patients had left atrial myxoma and five had atrial thrombi. The thrombi appeared as a semispherical mass with a broad base of attachment, non-mobile and without a pedicle, whereas the myxoma is ovoid, highly mobile, sharply demarcated, usually attached to the interatrial septum adjacent to mitral valve ring. The myxoma prolapsed through the mitral valve and became elongated during diastole. These studies indicate that two dimensional echocardiography appear to be the technique of choice in detecting, localizing and differentiating a left intraatrial mass. |
