严重烧伤病人尿路感染临床分析

目的探讨严重烧伤病人尿路感染的原因，为临床防治提供依据。方法对住院严重烧伤病人708例中72例尿路感染进行回顾性调查分析。结果烧伤严重程度与尿路感染成正相关，小儿、老年人、会阴烧伤及插尿管且留置尿管易出现尿路感染。结论严重烧伤、插尿管且留置及机体免疫力下降是严重烧伤病人发生尿路感染的重要原因。

A clinical analysis of urinary tract infection in severe burn patients

Objective To investigate the reasons which may cause urinary tract infection in severe burn patients so as to give some guidance to its treatment and prevention.Methods Seventy-two cases of urinary tract infection in 708 cases of severe burn patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was a positive correlation between the severity of burn injury and urinary tract infection.Both elderly people and children were rather apt to occur urinary tract infection,perineum burns,catheterization and indwelling catheter also played an important role in its occurrence.Conclusions Some of the key reasons leading to urinary tract infection in severe burn patients are as follows:the severity of burn injury,catheterization and indwelling catheter,low immunity,et al.
