2001年深圳地区肠道病毒71型的监测

目的　了解 2 0 0 1年深圳地区肠道病毒 71型的感染情况。方法　应用RT -PCR对 79份疑似肠道病毒感染者的粪便标本进行肠道病毒 71型RNA检测。结果　肠道病毒 71型的阳性率为 30.38% (24 / 79) ,深圳地区及与深圳相邻的东莞地区存在EV71的感染 ,EV71在成年人中还存在健康带毒者 ,1 0月份存在一个EV71感染高峰。 5岁以下的儿童是EV71感染的高危人群。EV71可导致包括神经系统并发症在内的多种疾病 ,其中手足口病所占的比例较大 (62.5 % )。不同性别间EV71的感染率差异无显著意义。结论　深圳地区存在EV71的感染 ,尤其要加强对出现中枢神经系统并发症的EV71的监测

Surveillance of Enterovirus Type 71 in Shenzhen in 2001

Objective To explore the enterovirus type 71 infection in Shenzhen. Methods EV71 RNA was tested by RT-PCR in 79 fecal samples of infants with hand foot and mouth disease. Results The positive rate of EV71 was 30 38% (24/79). There were EV71 infections in Shenzhen and Dongguan adjoined with Shenzhen. EV71 infection tended to peak in October. Children below the age of 5 was EV71 main target. EV71 could cause many kinds of diseases including central neurologic disease, in which the ratio of hand foot mouth disease was high (62.5%).There was no statistics different between males and females.Conclusions There were EV71 infections in Shenzhen,and it was necessary to surveillance of EV71,especially for patients who had neurologic disease.
