| 摘 要： | 目的 制定防风真伪鉴别方法，为防风质量标准的制定提供可靠的科学依据。方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)。结果 经鉴别6种习用品种防风均与正品防风有显著的差异；另外还鉴定出正品防风中8种化学成分。结论 通过对正品防风与地方习用品种防风的TLC鉴别，及对正品防风中主要化学成分的鉴定，制定出防风的品种鉴别方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for identification of Saposhnikovia divaricata,and provide reliable scientific bases for its quality control.METHOD TLC.RESULTS It was confirmed that there were notable differences between six local used varieties and the legal one.At the same time eight constituents were identified by TLC.CONCLUSION An identification method for varieties of Saposhnikovia divaricata was established |
