| 摘 要： | 应用单克隆抗体ｃ－ｎｅｕ（Ａｂ－２）和Ｐ５３（ＰＡｂ１８０１）对１０例乳房Ｐａｇｅｔ病（ＭＰＤ）和７７例乳房外Ｐａｇｅｔ病（ＥＰＤ）进行了免疫组织化学的染色。全部ＭＰＤ病例ｃ－ｎｅｕ和Ｐ５３染色均为阳性。在７７例ＥＰＤ中，２９例（３７．６％）ｃ－ｎｅｕ阳性，６例（７．７％）Ｐ５３阳性。两种单克隆抗体在ＭＰＤ中的阳性率明显地高于ＥＰＤ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结果提示在ＭＰＤ与ＥＰＤ中的Ｐａｇｅｔ细胞来源是不同的。此外，它说明了表型上十分类似的肿瘤可能来自不同的基因变化。

| Abstract: | Tissue from ten cases of mammary(MPD) and 77 cases of extramammary(EPD) Paget's disease were immunohistochemically stained by means of the monoclonal antibodies,c-neu(Ab-2) and P53(PAb 1801).All cases of MPD were positively stained by c-neu and P59.Twenty nine of 77 cases(37.6%)of EPD were positive for c-neu and 6 cases(7.7%) for P53.The highly positive rates of these two monoclonal antibodies in MPD differ significantly from those in EPD(P<0.001).The positive rates of estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors in MPD also differed highly significantly from those of EPD (P<0.001).These results suggest different origins of Paget's cells in MPD and EPD.Furthermore,it demonstrates that closely related tumor phenotypes may result from different genetic processes. |
