喘乐宁、普米克令舒雾化吸入佐治毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的探讨喘乐宁、普米克令舒雾化吸入佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效.方法将50例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为相等两组,两组均采用综合治疗,治疗组加用喘乐宁、普米克令舒雾化吸入,对治疗前后症状、体征持续时间进行比较.结果治疗组在缓解喘憋、缩短哮鸣音及咳嗽持续时间与对照组有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论喘乐宁、普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎有明显疗效,且安全、方便,可作为佐治毛细支气管炎的主要药物之一.

Observation on the clinical effects of the atomizing inhalation of ventolinum and pulmicore respules on bronchiolitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ventollnum and pulmicore respules in atomizing inhalation on bronchiolitis. Methods 50 cases with bronchiolitis were divided into two equal groups randomly, 25 cases in control groups were treated with synthetic therapy. 25 cases in other groups were assist-treated with ventolinum and pumicore respules atomizing inhalation based on the same synthetic therapy. The clinical effects were compared in both groups. Results The treatment group showed a improvement obviously in respiratory symptoms and sings than those in control groups. Conclusions The clinical symptoms and sings of bronchiolitis can be controlled quickly in ventolinum and pulmieort respules atomizing inhalation, which is safe and convenient, It can be one of principal drugs in the assist-treatment of bronchiolitis.
