| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨低颅压综合征患者的临床特点、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗。方法 回顾分析20例低颅压综合征患者的临床资料。结果 20例患者均符合低颅压综合征的诊断，经补液等治疗后均痊愈。结论 低颅压综合征病因及临床表现多样，体位性头痛是其主要的临床特点。腰椎穿刺及头部MRI检查具有诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of depressed intracrianal pressure syndrome. Methods Clinical material of 20 cases of depressed intracrianal pressure syndrome was retrospectively analysed. Results 20 patients are up to the dignosis standard of depressed intracrianal pressure syndrome. With fluid infusion and glucocorticoid, all the patients were fully recovered. The pathageny and clinical manifestation of depressed intracrianal pressure syndrome are various ,and headache associated with body position is the main cinical featrue. Lumbar puncture and MRI scanning of head is of diagnostic value. |
