| 摘 要： | 呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)是引起婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的常见病原体。婴幼儿RSV感染明显提高哮喘的发病率。RSV感染婴儿中一部分白细胞介素水平异常升高而另一部分降低,而白细胞介素的变化受基因多态性的影响,因此,白细胞介素及其基因多态性在RSV感染中发挥重要作用。了解白细胞介素及其基因多态性在婴幼儿RSV感染中的作用,可更好地理解其发病机制,有助于采取预防措施控制RSV感染的发展。
