经乳晕切口治疗聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症——附16例报告

目的 探讨应用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症的发生因素及处理方法。方法 经乳晕切开皮肤、乳腺组织，切开水凝胶囊腔，先向切口方向挤压出部分水凝胶，由示指在囊腔内探查分开纤维间隔。用生理盐水反复冲洗，并抽吸；最后用含庆大霉素的生理盐水冲洗腔隙。结果 本组患者术后10d。术前症状均消失，切口愈合良好。10例患者随访6个月，无症状复发。结论 经乳晕切口可将大部分聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出，术后恢复快，瘢痕不明显，是治疗水凝胶注射隆乳后并发症有效的、可行的方法。

Treatment of postoperative complications of breast augmentation by polyacrylamide hydrogel injection through a periareolar approach

Objective To analysis the complications of breast augmentation by polyacrylamide hydrogel njection and discuss a methods of treatment. Methods In each patients skin, mammary tissue and the capsular space containing the gel were incised via periareolar approach. After rnst of the gel was removed, the capsular space was washed repeatedly with altematinqg normal sodium and suction. Results All symptoms were relieved after removal of polyacrylamide hydrogel. Conclusion Almost all injected augmentation material can be removed via periareolar approach. The complications of injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel should be managed by experienced and responsible surgeons.
