借鉴国外护理经验谈医院应对突发事件的管理

医院设有一套完整的应对突发事件的管理机制，是应对抢救遇难的有力保障，借鉴国外经验，以完善与构建适合我国医院的应急管理体系。国外医院对应急事件的管理主要体现在：(1)有完善的信息网络，规范的人员配制，是应急的基本保障；(2)开展系统规范的继续教育，不断提高专业人员的业务素质，是提高应急能力的关键；(3)注重高效团队的培养与训练，是应对突发事件的基础保证。当突发事件发生时，为抢救患的生命，提供最佳的应急救援团队，是一个正规医疗体系必备的条件，也是医院管理中至关重要的内容。

Management of sudden accidents in hospitals by learning foreign nursing experience

In hospitals, a complete set of managing mechanism forms a solid ground for rescuing victims of sudden accident. Experience of foreign country was used for reference in order to perfect and establish suitable managing system to deal with an emergency. The management dealing with sudden accidents in foreign hospitals covered:(1)having completed information network and standardizing positions for personnel are the basis guarantee for dealing with emergency;(2)systematic and standardized continuing education and enhancing the professional quality continuously are the key to improve the ability of dealing with emergency;(3)stressing on the fostering and training of team with high efficiency is the basic guarantee. When sudden accidents occur, a rescuing team, which is sent to save patients' lives, is not only the premier condition for a formal medical system but also the kernel in hospital management.
