热毒宁联合头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎120例临床观察

目的观察热毒宁联合抗菌药治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将240例社区获得性肺炎（CAP）患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，各120例。对照组为头孢呋辛钠注射液治疗，治疗组为在头孢呋辛钠注射液治疗的基础上，加用热毒宁注射液静脉点滴，疗程10d．结果治愈率：治疗组为80％，对照组为60％；总有效率：治疗组为96．7％，对照组为80．8％；治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性。在控制体温、呼吸道症状、体征、白细胞恢复天数上，治疗组明显短于对照组。结论热毒宁联合抗菌药治疗社区获得性肺炎，可以提高疗效。
