大片脑梗死继发癫痫的康复护理及其功能预后分析

目的探讨康复护理对大片脑梗死继发癫痫的作用及继发癫痫对功能预后的影响。方法８３例颈内动脉系统脑动脉硬化性大片脑梗塞分为癫痫组２７例和非癫痫组５６例，比较两组的心理状态、独自步行能力和自理能力，对癫痫组进行康复护理，观察康复护理前后的ＳＣＬ－９０及Ｂａｔｈｅｌ指数的得分。结果癫痫发生率高达３２．５％，癫痫组的精神心理障碍较非癫痫组明显增多（Ｐ＜０．０５），而独立步行能力和Ｒ常生活自理能力则明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），经过康复护理，癫痫组的心理状态和自理能力均有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论继发癫痫对功能预后有明显影响，康复护理对大片脑梗死继发癫痫患者功能恢复有积极意义。

Rehabilitation nursing on epilepsy by large cerebral infarction and its outcome analysis

Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitatio nursing on epilepsy on functional to large cerebral infarction and to observe influence of secondary epilepsy on functional outcome, Method Eighty-three patients with large cerebral infarction caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis within internal carotid artery were divided into two groups: 27 cases in the group with attack. To Compare psychological state, walking abilily and ADL. The group with secondary epilepsy was given rehabilitation nursing. The score of SCL - 90 and Barthel index were measured before and after rehabilitation nursing. Result The epileptic incidence was as high as 32. 5%. Psychological problem in the group with secondary epilepsy was more(P < 0. 05 ) than that in the group without secondary epilepsy, meanwhile low ability in walking and ADL was also observed frequently in the as group(P < 0.05), the psychological function and ADL of the group with secondary epilepsy evidently improved after rehabilitation nursing. Conclusion The results indicated that secondary epilepsy had significant influence on outcome and rehabilitation nursing can make obvious effects on recovery of function in epilepsy secondary to large cerebral infarction.
