| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 VCG和 ECG对左心室肥厚的诊断价值。方法 63例 UCG确诊为左心室肥厚的患者进行 VCG和 ECG的对比观察。结果 VCG证实左心室肥厚 5 4例 ,符合率为 86.33% ,ECG证实左心室肥厚 31例 ,符合率为 49.2 %。VCG与 ECG比较存在显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论 VCG对左心室肥厚的诊断价值明显优于 ECG。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the valuation of diagnosing left ventricular hypertrophy with VCG and ECG.Methods a group patients,total 63 cases diagnosed left ventricular hypertrophy by UCG were comparatively observed with VCG and ECG.Results In the group data,Confirmed left ventricular hypertrophy by VCG and ECG were 54 cases and 31 cases respectively.The diagnosis coincidence rate were 80.33%(VCG) and 49.2%(ECG), repectively.Both comparison of VCG and ECG indicated significant difference ( P <0.05).Conclusions VCG is more valuable than ECG,in the diagnosis of left venlricular hypertrophy. |
