疏血通注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病临床研究

目的　观察疏血通注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法　缺血性脑血管病 1 2 0例 ,随机分为疏血通组 60例 ,给予疏血通注射液 6ml加生理盐水 2 5 0 ml,1次 /d静滴 ;丹参组 60例 ,给予丹参注射液 2 0 ml加生理盐水 2 5 0 ml,1次 /d静滴。结果　治疗 2 0 d后疏血通组显效率 80 % ,丹参组为 61 .67% ,差异有显著意义 ( P <0 .0 5 )。疏血通组治疗后血流变学和血脂检测改善的程度较丹参组好 ,尤其是纤维蛋白原下降和改善的程度明显 ,两组间比较有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论　疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病具有降低纤维蛋白原、改善大脑循环、改善血粘度、降低血脂作用 ,疗效显著、安全有效。

Clinical and experimental study on Injection ShuXueTong in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Objective To study the effect of Injection ShuXueTong on ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups. Test group(60 cases) were intravenous injected Injection ShuXueTong (6ml+N.S250ml,iv drop QD), while the control group(60 cases) were injected Injection DanSen (20ml +N.S250ml,iv drop QD).Results After 20 day, The effective rate was 80% in test group,and 61.67% in control group. There was significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).Blood viscosity, blood lipid, and fibrinogen were more significantly decreased in test group than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Injection ShuXueTong has a good effect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease. It could decrease the blood viscosity, blood lipid, and fibrinogen, and relieve the calculation of the brain. It is efficient and safe for use.
