幽门螺杆菌感染三种检测方法评价

目的：探讨酶免疫测定法检测幽门螺杆菌粪便抗原（HPSA）在诊断（HP）感染中的价值。方法：对89例患者用快速尿素酶试验及组织学Warthin-Starry银染法检测，同时用酶免疫测定法检粪便标本HPSA，对三种方法进行初步评价。结果：粪便酶联免疫法的敏感性为96.7％，特异性为96.4％，阳性预测值为98.3％，均高于组织学方法。结论：酶联免疫法检测粪便中HPSA敏感性、特异性高，检测方法简单，取材方便，适合幽门螺杆菌感染的筛选与诊断，也可用于抗HP治疗后疗效的监测及流行病学调查。

Evaluation on three methods to detect helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To evaluate the significance of enzyme immunoassay(EIA) for detecting Hp stool antigen (HPSA) in the diagnosis of Helicobacter Pylori infection(HP).Methods HPSA in stool specimens of 89 patients were detected by rapid urease test,histologic Warthin-Starry method and ELISA,three methods were preliminarily evaluated.Results The sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value of the stool ELISA were 96.7% and 96.4% and 98.3% respectively.The indexes of ELISA were higher than those of histologic technique.Conclusions The ELISA for detecting HPSA in stool is rapid,noninvasive with high sensitivity and high specificity.It is suitable for the screening and diagnosis of HP infection,and monitoring the effectiveness of treatment and for epidemiological surveying.
