脑出血患者内源性氧化剂与抗氧化剂含量测定及临床意义

摘    要:目的 观察脑出血患者血清 NO、NOS、MDA、SOD、C( Vit C)、E( Vit E)的水平动态变化及其临床意义。方法 采用生物化学方法检测 70例脑出血患者血清第 1~ 4周 NO、NOS、MDA、SOD、Vit C、Vit E含量 ,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果 脑出血组氧化剂 NO、NOS、MDA水平均显著高于健康对照组 ( P均<0 .0 0 1 ) ,于发病后 1周显著升高 ,第 2~ 4周逐渐下降 ;抗氧化剂 SOD、Vit C、Vit E水平显著低于健康对照组 ( P均 <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ,于发病后 1周内显著降低 ,第 2~ 4周逐渐升高。结论 脑出血患者内源性氧化剂NO、NOS、MDA水平显著升高 ,抗氧化剂 SOD、Vit C、Vit E则明显降低 ,观察它们的水平变化 ,有助于监测脑出血的病情演变。检测氧化剂及抗氧化剂含量是反映脑损伤的敏感指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate levels of nitric oxide (NO),nitric oxide synthzse(NOS),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),VitC and VitE in serum and the clinical significance in patients with cerebral hemrrhage.Methods The levels of NO,NOS,MDA,SOD,VitC and VitE in serum were measured by biochemical assays in 70 cases with cerebral hemorrhage and control groups.Results The levels of No and NOS and MDA in serum in the cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those in control group (P<0.001).The levels of No and NOS and MDA started to increase significantly druing first week,they began to decrease from the second week to the forth week.SOD and VitC and VitE serum levels were significantly lower than those in controls (P<0.05~0.01).The levels of SOD and VitC and VitE in the cerebral hemorrhage group started to lower significantly during first week,they began to increase from the second week to the forth week.Conclusions Endogenous oxidants and antioxidants might be the sensitive indexs which can reflact brain injury,and help monitor the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.
