一氧化氮合酶抑制剂对近视眼视网膜的影响

为研究一氧化氮合酶（NOS）抑制剂对形觉剥夺性近视视网膜的影响，将出生6d的小鸡随机分组，分别于左眼玻璃体内注射30μl生理盐水或不同浓度的L－精氨酸甲酯（L－NAME），缝合左眼。6d后，剪开缝线，检影验光后摘除眼球，进行光、电镜检查。结果显示：眼球缝合诱导小鸡形成近视，视网膜RPE细胞胞质内含有外节膜盘片断的吞噬体明显减少；注射高浓度L-NAME减轻了上述改变。结果表明，玻璃体内注射L－NAME对鸡眼近视网膜改变具有抑制作用。

Effects of Nitric Oxide Synthase Inhibitor on the Retina of Form-deprivation Myopia

To investigate the effects of L-NAME,an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthetase,on the developent of form-deprivation myopia, we sutured the left lids after injection different concentrations of NO synthase inhibitor L-NAME (30 μl) or saline (30 μl)into the eyes of 6 day old chicks.At the 6th day,after the refraction were measured,eyeballs were removed and subjected subsequently to light and electron microscopies.Results showed that the chicks were induced myopia.In the cytoplasm of REP cells,the phagosomes containing fractions of the membrane dise of outer segment were remarkably decreased.The injection of L-NAME lessen the above changing. Results indicated that the injection of L-NAME inhibits the development of form-deprivation myopia.
