| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的Mill特征，提高对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的认识。方法：收集48例经手术或穿刺病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者的Mill影像资料，进行对比分析。结果：所有患者在常规SE序列上，均表现为边缘较清晰的等T1等他信号中出现多少不等的短T1长他信号，采用脂肪抑制序列时，T1及他中高信号区均表现为信号缺失改变。结论：Mill在肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断中具有明显的优势，尤其脂肪抑制序列最具敏感性，是肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤诊断的最有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the features of renal angiomyolipoma(RAL),improve the recognition of the lesion.Methods:MRI images of 48 cases of RAL proved surgically and pathologically were collected.Analyzed the images.Results:On conventional SE seguences,the lesions appeared iso-T1 and iso-T2 signal intensity with partial short T1 and long T2 signal intensity.On fat-saturation seguence,the high signal intensity was depressed.Conclusions:MRI played an important role in the diagnosis of RAL,especially the fat-saturati... |
