| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心电图检查对于诊断冠心病意义的评价。方法分析我院1994-2004年以“冠心病”住院的236例患者的冠状动脉造影和心电图表现。结果236例患者的心电图表现为心肌梗死的68例;ST—T缺血改变的88例;心律失常的45例;有“冠心病”症状．但心电图表现正常35例。结论心电图检查诊断冠心病的灵敏度高,特异性低。对于心肌梗死的诊断具有重要的意义。在心电图ST—T缺血改变、心律失常和心电图表现正常而有冠心病的常见症状时．要结合冠状动脉造影术检查而作出诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of electroardiograms (ECG) in diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods We had analyzed the changes of ECG and coronary artery angiography (CAG) of 236 patients with"CHD"in our hospital from 1994 to 2004. Results Myocardiac infarctions were found in 68 cases;and ST-T myocardiac ischemias in 88 cases;cardiac arrhythmias in 45 cases; normal ECGs were found in 35 cases. Conclusion ECG examination has an high sensitivity but a low specificity in diagnosis of CHD and has an important significance in diagnosis of myocardial infarction. But it must be combined with the result of the CAG to diagnose cardiac arrhythmia or ST-T myocardiac ischemia or ECG normal when needed. |
