| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨创伤后急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）的治疗。方法：回顾性分析我院1998年6月～2007年3月救治的创伤后急性肾功能衰竭患者32例。对创伤后ARF患者损伤程度进行评分,分析病因,对患者采用床头无肝素连续性静-静脉血液透析（CVVHD）。结果：创伤后急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）的病因是多因素引起,早期透析死亡率低于晚期透析（P〈0.05）。结论：早期透析有利于改善创伤后急性肾功能衰竭患者的预后,提高存活率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment of acute renal failure(ARF)after injury.Methods:32 patients with ARF after injury from 1998 to 2007 in our hospital were analysed restrorespectively.To evaluate the patients in the extent of damage and pathogeny.All patients were treated with the method of CVVHD.Results:Many causes can result in ARF,early dialysis can decrease the mortality rate.Conclusion:Early dialysis can improve the prognosis of the patients with ARF after injury. |
