经皮腰椎间盘旋切术:影像学表现与疗效分析

目的 分析腰椎间盘突出症的影像学表现与经皮腰椎间盘旋切术(PLD)临床疗效的关系。方法 应用PLD术治疗腰椎间盘突出症52例，包括单纯性包容性腰椎间盘突出40例，椎间盘后缘及后纵韧带钙化4例，真空症并伴严重的腰椎退行性变3例，伴椎间隙狭窄2例，椎间盘突出伴轻微脱垂2例，椎间盘脱出1例。结果 总有效率为84．6％，其中显效50．0％，有效34.6％，无效15．4％。结论 PLD术是一种有效、安全、可靠的治疗腰椎问盘突出症的方法，影像学的表现有助于PLD适应证的选择和疗效估计。

Percutaneous lumbar diskectomy: the relationship of imaging features with clinical efficacy

Objective To analize the relationship of imaging findings of lumbar disc herniation with the clinical efficacy after percutaneous lumbar diskectomy (PLD). Methods 52 patients were undergone PLD, includinog 40 cases of disk confined protrusion, 4 with calcification of posterior edge of the disc and posterior longitudinal ligament, 3 severe degeneration, 2 shown narrowing of the intervertebral space, 2 mild herniation and 1 obvious herniation. Results The total effective rate reached 84.6%, including markedly improved 50.0%, moderately improved 34.6% and no change in 15.4%. No complication occurred. Conclusions PLD is an efficient, safety method to treat the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Imaging is helpful for exploring the indication and evaluating efficacy of PLD.
