豆诃贴治疗小儿脾肾阳虚泄泻的临床研究

目的观察豆诃贴治疗小儿脾肾阳虚泄泻的有效性和安全性。方法将215例脾肾阳虚泄泻患儿随机分为2组,治疗组108例予脐部贴敷豆诃贴治疗,对照组107例予丁桂儿脐贴贴敷治疗,2组均24 h换药1次,治疗24、48、72 h后分别统计大便次数及肠鸣音,并统计疗效。结果治疗组治疗24、48、72 h后总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗24、48、72 h后大便次数及肠鸣音次数较治疗前均明显降低(P0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P0.05)。结论豆诃贴治疗小儿脾肾阳虚泄泻安全有效,简便易行,且疗效优于丁桂儿脐贴。

Clinical observation of Douhe pastes on the treatment on infantile diarrhea with spleen - kidney yang defi-ciency type

Objective To observe the efficacy and security of Douhe pastes on the treatment of infantile diar-rhea with spleen - kidney yang deficiency type. Methods 215 diarrhea children with spleen - kidney yang deficien-cy type were randomly divided into two groups. 108 children in treatment group were treated by Douhe navel pastes. 107 children in control group were treated by Ding - guier navel pastes,24 h of 1 then change medicine second in two groups. The defection frequency and borborygmus 24,48 and 72 h after treatment were observed,and the curative effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rates of 24,48 and 72 h after treatment in treatment group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05). The defection frequency and borborygmus 24,48 and 72 h after treatment were obviously decreased in two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05),and the decreased in treatment group was more obviously(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Douhe pastes is effective and safe for the treatment of infantile diarrhea with spleen - kidney yang deficiency type,simple and practicable,and the curative effect is superior to Ding- guier navel pastes.
