29 分类群悬钩子属药用植物托叶的形态比较观察

目的:研究托叶在各种类之间的形态学差别。方法:测量长度、与叶柄合生的距离,观察分裂程度、形状及毛茸附属物等。结果:空心莓组托叶合生,狭窄,线形或线状披针形,组内各种在长度、与叶柄合生距离、分裂程度及毛茸附属物等方面有差别;木莓组植物托叶离生,较宽,分裂。其中尖叶亚组为掌状全裂,裂片5。线状。长叶亚组为掌状深裂,裂片6或5。裂片线形。结论:托叶的形态及附属物在各种之间互有差别,有生药学鉴定意义。

The observation on stipules of 29 plants of Rubus

Objectives: To study the difference of the stipules of the plants of Rubus. Method: To measure the length of stipules and distance that stipule covered on the body of petiole, to compare the divided degree, the form and the hair of stipules. Result: The stupules of Sect. Idaeobatus are narrow, linear and hold the base of petiole, and the kinds of the section have different characters; The stipules of Sect. Malacobatus are wide, divied and separated from petioles. Of which the stipules of subsect. Acuminati are palmate and divided in to 5 parts and of subsect. Dolichopblli they are parted and the number is 6 or 5. Conclusion: The stipules have different forms and hairs, which is very useful for crude drug identification.
