| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）胃镜诊断和病理诊断的一致性。方法：复习110例胃镜诊断CAG的活检切片和56例胃癌手术标本切片，对胃镜诊断CAG和病理诊断结果进行对照分析。结果：110例胃镜诊断的CAG中仅有31例有病理萎缩，有39例肠化。在46例胃癌手术标本切片中7例胃粘膜有萎缩改变，有12例肠化，胃镜与病理诊断总符合率为41．3％。结论：胃镜诊断CAG与病理诊断一致性差。萎缩性胃炎作为胃癌前状态，肠化较腺体萎缩可能更有意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the correlation of diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG )under endoscopy and histopathologic changes in cirumjacent mucosa of gastric carcinoma. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were detemined by gastroscopy and the samples of gastric mucosa were examined by the pathologist, and 46 gastritis carcinoma biopsy specimens by surgery. Result: Among 110 cases of CAG by gastroscopy, 31 cases were similar with the pathologic result and the coincidence rate of diagnosis with endoscopy and pathology was 28.1%. Among 46 cases biopsy of gastric carcinoma, 7 cases haves a change of atrophic gastritis in cirumjacent mucosa. Conclusion: The coincidence rate of diagnosis under endoscopy and pathology is quite low in CAG .The pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma possible is multiplex |
