金属全冠修复后牙缺损的临床观察

目的:从临床角度分析戴用铸造全冠和锤造全冠修复体后出现的问题。方法:选取579件铸造全冠和184件锤造全冠修复体,并对其使用的患者做2年随访,对金属全冠的边缘密合性、邻接关系、脱位、牙龈炎、继发龋等作了分析。结果:铸造全冠出现问题12个,占2.1%,锤造全冠37个,占31.0%。结论:铸造全冠与锤造全冠相比,是比较优选的修复体。

The Clinical Observation of Metal Full Crown Restorastory in Dention Defect

Objective:To analyze the problem of casting metal full crown and wrought full crown in tooth defeat.Method:579 casting metal full crown and 184 wrought full crown were selected to research and we paid attention to patients who match with metal fun crown about two years.The analysis of metal full crown,about the nature of border seal,adjacent relationship,out of joint,gingivilis,secondary caries and so on.Result:The casting metal full crown with Something wrong was accounting for 2.1%,and the wrought full crown Was accounting for 31.0%.Conclusion:So compare to the wrought full crown,casting metal full crown is superior.
