| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氯吡格雷联合巴曲酶治疗进展性卒中的疗效及安全性。方法:80例进展性卒中患者随机分为2组,治疗组48例给予氯吡格雷联合巴曲酶治疗,对照组32例给予拜阿司匹林治疗。所有患者均采用NIHSS评分评价治疗前及治疗后3、7、14d神经功能缺损程度,评价疗效,监测不良反应。结果:两组临床疗效治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组总有效率50.00%(P<0.01),未发生颅内出血事件。结论:氯吡格雷联合巴曲酶治疗进展性卒中是安全有效的。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Shlfate Tablets Combined with Batroxobin on Progressive Stroke |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel hydrogen shlfate tablets（PLAVIX） combined with batroxobin（DF-521） for progressive stroke.Methods：Eighty patients with progressive stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups.Therapy group（48 cases）were given clopidogrel hydrogen shlfate tablets combined with batroxobin.Control group（32 cases） were given aspirin.The effect were evaluated by index of NIHSS before therapy and 3 days,7days,14 days after treatment,respectively.At the same time inspected the side-effect.Results：There were significant differences between the two groups on index of NIHSS.The total efficiency rate were 93.75% and 50.00%,respectively（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Clopidogrel hydrogen shlfate tablets combined with batroxobin is effective and safe on progressive stroke. |
