MSCT对肝硬化患者肝脏体积变化的评估

目的探讨16层螺旋CT测量肝硬化患者肝脏体积的变化规律。方法选择54例肝硬化患者作为研究组,Child-Pugh分级结果为：A级23例,B级18例,C级13例。对照组20例为无肝脏疾病且肝功能正常者,应用16层螺旋CT测量肝脏体积并与研究组进行比较。结果对照组与肝硬化组Child-Pugh分级B级、C级,肝硬化组Child-Pugh分级A级与B级、C级以及B级与C级之间肝脏体积差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组与肝硬化组Child-Pugh分级A级之间肝脏体积差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 MSCT对人体肝脏体积测量具有很好的一致性及可重复性;肝硬化患者肝脏的体积与疾病的严重程度相关。

The assessment of liver volume changes with multi-slice CT in patient with liver cirrhosis

Objective To explore the method and value of 16 slices spiral CT measuring the liver volume changes in liver cirrhosis.Methods 54 cases with liver cirrhosis were served as study group,in which the 23 cases were in grade A,18 cases were in grade B and 13 cases were in grade C according the Child-Pugh leveling results.20 cases normal patients were served as control group.The 16 slices spiral CT was used to measuring the liver volume.Results The liver volume of control group was statistically different from the B level and C level in study group,and the liver volume of study group in grade A,grade B and grade C were statistically different（P0.05）.Conclusion Multi-slices spiral CT has commendable concordance and repeatability in the liver volume measurement,and the volume of cirrhosis of liver patient is correlated to severity of disease.
