| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮穿针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果及意义。方法回顾我院2008年4月～2010年10月收治46例肱骨髁上骨折患儿临床资料,观察其经内固定方法及临床效果。结果经随访,按照肘关节恢复情况进行评价,本组46例患儿中：优41例,良4例,可1例,总优良率为97.8%。术后3个月后全部患儿均达到骨性愈合,无骨折不愈合患儿,未发现针道感染、Volkmann挛缩、术后骨折再移位及肘内翻畸形等并发症。结论经皮穿针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折具有操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,且疗效确切,是目前治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的一种较佳方法,值得临床推广应用。
