| 摘 要： | 目的研究七氟醚复合麻醉在小儿气管异物取出术中麻醉效果、安全性及优点。方法选择2007年1月～2010年12月在我院行气管异物取出术的患儿72例,随机分为七氟醚组（S组）和芬太尼组（F组）各36例。S组采用七氟醚复合麻醉,F组采用芬太尼静脉全麻。麻醉过程中监测呼吸循环相关参数、不良反应、手术及苏醒时间。结果 S组和F组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但S组苏醒时间明显短于F组（P〈0.01）。S组术中呛咳、屏气,术后呼吸抑制及呕吐等情况均明显少于F组（P〈0.05）。结论七氟醚复合麻醉应用于小儿气管异物取出术具有明显优势。
