| 摘 要： | 目的分析环孢素A（CsA）联合沙利度胺治疗低危低增生性骨髓增生异常综合征（hypo-MDS）的临床疗效。方法应用CsA联合沙利度胺治疗21例低危hypo-MDS患者,随诊观察有效率及副作用发生情况。结果治疗后总有效率为76.2%（16/21）,全部患者未发现严重毒副作用。结论 CsA联合沙利度胺治疗低危hypo-MDS患者安全、有效,但其长期疗效需进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of cyclosporin A(CsA) with thalidomide on low-risk hypoplastic myelodysplastic syndrome(hypo-MDS).Methods Twenty-one low-risk hypo-MDS patients receiving CsA with thalidomide treatment were followed up to observe the effectiveness and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of 21patients was 76.2%(16/21).No serious side effects were noted.Conclusion The combined CsA and thalidomide treatment is safe,effective in treatment of low-risk hypo-MDS,... |
