| 摘 要： | 目的对腮腺肿瘤的临床和病理学特点进行分析,探讨诊断治疗中存在的问题。方法对2007年～2010年间收治的经组织病理学确诊的136例腮腺肿瘤的临床和病理学特点进行回顾性分析。结果 136例腮腺肿瘤中,良性肿瘤117例（86%）,恶性肿瘤19例（14%）,所有病历均行手术治疗,4例恶性肿瘤术后辅助放疗。术后有暂时性面瘫16例、涎瘘及皮下积液1例、味觉出汗综合征1例、永久性面瘫1例、恶性肿瘤复发1例。结论腮腺肿瘤手术治疗治愈率高,为首选治疗方式,术式选择可根据实际情况选决定,小的腮腺良性肿瘤实施瘤周正常腺体切除术,不增加复发率,并能减少腮腺手术的并发症。
