| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃间质瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法对32例胃间质瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术前内镜、CT等检查有助于诊断;所有病例均手术治疗;免疫组化结果,CD117阳性29例（占90.6%）、CD22阳性22例（占68.7%）。结论胃间质瘤缺乏特征性的临床表现,确诊多需术后病理结果;CD117阳性是诊断胃间质瘤的关键指标;手术切除是治疗的首选方法,术中应尽量彻底切除肿瘤;结合格列卫可获得更好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the gastric stromal tumor(GST).Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with GST was analyzed retrospectively.Results Endoscope and Computerized tomography etc is help to detect GST before the operation.All patients received operation.Of the 32 GSTs,29 cases were positive for CD117(90.6%),22 cases were positive for CD34(68.7%).Conclusion Because of the lack of clinical feature,Final diagnosis of GST is based on pathology after the operation.The positive of CD117 is decisive characte... |
