| 摘 要： | [目的] 为今后该口岸的疾病监测提供了科学依据。[方法] 对马尾口岸1996年6月～2000年5月共12602名出入境人员疾病监测的情况进行了分析。[结果] 检出HBsAg阳性者1385例;梅毒74例;HIV感染者2例。[结论] 应将船员作为性病感染的高危人群进行重点监测;加强HBsAg的监测。对船员进行卫生保健知识的宣传,提高自我保护意识。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the results of disease surveillance of 12602 entry - exit people in Mawei port from 1996.6 to 2000.5. Among them, 1385 cases of HBsAg positive, 74 cases of Syphilis and 2 cases with HIV were found. It provided scientific basis to Mawei Port for disease surveillance in future. The author counseled and summarized the experience of disease surveillance so as to effectively prevent infectious disease into or out. |
