| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜在上尿路结石致急性梗阻性肾衰竭中的应用价值。方法采用输尿管镜直视下酌情取石、气压弹道碎石或将结石推回肾盂并留置双J管内引流等方法治疗上尿路结石致急性梗阻性肾衰竭34例。结果34例患者术后尿量有不同程度恢复,肾功能均恢复正常或接近正常,无明显并发症出现。结论输尿管镜诊治上尿路结石致急性梗阻性肾衰竭,具有安全可靠、疗效好、损伤小的优点,同时能处理双侧输尿管病变,可作为首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical application of ureteroscopy in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure caused by upper urinary stones.Method 34 cases of acute obstructive renal failure caused by upper urinary stones were performed with lithotripsy,pneumatic lithotripsy,or pushing the stone back into renal pelvis and placing double J tube under ureteroscopy.Result All 34 patients regained urine volume in different degrees and their renal function became normal or close to normal,all without apparen... |
