传统手术与mPCNL联合ESWL治疗复杂性肾结石疗效比较

目的总结治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果．方法回顾性分析、比较传统手术与微创经皮肾镜碎石术（mPCNL）联合体外震波碎石术（ESWL）对88例复杂性肾结石患者治疗效果，统计学分析两种方法的结石清除率．结果88例患者，传统手术42例，术后1个月结石清除率为69％．mPCNL联合ESWL治疗46例，1～4次，1个月后结石清除率为93％．结论mPCNL联合ESWL一次或多次治疗复杂性肾结石是安全、有效的治疗方法，结石清除率优于传统手术．

Curative Effect Comparision of Complicated Renal Stone Treatment between Tradional Operation and mPCNL with ESW

Objective To summarize the clinical result of complicated kidney stone treatment. Method we analyzed and compared the therapeutic effect between the tradional operation and mini percutaneous nephrolithotripsy （mPCNL） with Extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL） on 88 patients with complicated kidney stone. Two ways of kidney stone eliminating rate were analyzed in statistics. Result Among 88 patients, 42 cases were treated by traditional operation, their kidney stone eliminating rate was 69% after one month of the operation; 46 cases were by 1-4 times mPCNL with ESWL, the eliminating rate was 93% after one month of the operation. Conclusion 1-4 tines mPCNL with ESWL is effective and safe for treating patients with complicated kidney stone , and its stone eliminating rate is higher than the tradional operation.
