机械通气早期干预对老年患者术后呼吸衰竭的预防作用

目的探讨早期机械通气对老年患者术后呼吸衰竭的预防作用。方法将64例老年患者随机分成两组,Ⅰ组32例术后机械通气12~24 h。Ⅱ组32例术后未用机械通气。对两组患者术后血气分析,呼吸衰竭发生率、再插管率及死亡率进行比较。结果Ⅰ组术后呼吸衰竭发生率,再插管率及死亡率明显低于Ⅱ组。结论老年患者术后早期机械通气可显著降低呼吸衰竭的发生率,提高生存率。

Preventive Effect of Early Mechanical Ventilation on Postoperative Respiratory Failure of Elderly Patients

Objective To discuss the preventive effect of early mechanical ventilation on postoperative respiratory failure of elderly patients.Methods A total of 64 patients were divided into two groups at random.Group One(n=32) was given postoperative mechanical ventilation for 12~24 hours,and Group Two wasn't given it.Comparison was done between the two groups on the aspects of blood gas analysis,respiratory failure incidence,reintubation rate and death rate.Results The rates of respiratory failure,re-intubation rate and death rate were significantly lower in Group One than in Group Two.Conclusion Early mechanical ventilation onto postoperative elderly patients can decrease the incidence of respiratory failure,and increase the rate of survival.
