60岁以上老年肾移植(附10例报告)

目的　探讨 6 0岁以上老年尿毒症患者肾移植的方法、疗效、安全性及社会意义。方法　回顾性分析1994.0 1- 2 0 0 0 .0 1.10例 6 0岁以上接受肾移植尿毒症患者的临床资料。结果　 10例中至今入、肾存活 9例 ;术后急性排斥 3例 ,1例发生 2次排异并因心衰、感染死亡 ,另 2例经治疗后好转 ;术后并发症 4例 ,3例治疗后好转。存活 9例术后生活质量明显改善 ,医疗费用降低。结论　 6 0岁以上老年尿毒症患者经谨慎选择、合理准备 ,可以用常规方法安全施行肾移植手术 ,从而提高生活质量 ,降低医疗成本

Kidney Transplantation in the Patients with 60 Years Old and Over

Purpose To investigate the methods,efficiency,safety and social value of kidney transplantation in the patients with 60 years old and over. Methods The clinical materials of 10 cases over 60 age which underwent kidney transplantation in 1994.01-2000.01 were analysed retrospectively. Results Patient and graft survival in 9 cases.Acute rejection occurred in 3 and 1 of them died of heart failure and infection,but the other 2 recovered after treated.Postoperative complication occurred in 4 and 3 of them reco-vered.All the 9 cases survived live with higher quality of life and lower medical expenses. Conclusions After cautiously selection and rational preparation we can undergo kidney transplatation in patients over 60 years old by conventional way saftly,and so higher the quality of life and lower the medical expenses.
