肝叶切除治疗左肝内胆管结石

目的 探讨肝切除术治疗左肝内胆管结石的疗效。方法 依据肝内胆管结石的部位行左肝（外）叶切除治疗左肝内胆管结石11例。结果 本组病例均治愈，无死亡。7例获访，时间3个月至3年，1例右上腹隐痛、无其他症状出现。结论 结石部位的肝部分切除是治愈区域性肝内胆管结石的最佳方法，左肝外叶切除治疗左肝外叶胆管结石更适合基层医院开展。

Hepatectomy to treat stones in bile ducts within left lobes

ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness of hepatectomy to treat stones in bile ducts within left lobes.Methods11 cases diagnosed with stones in bile ducts within left lobes of livers were operated hepatectomy according to the stones' location.ResultsAll the cases were cured without death.7 of the cases were followed up and the duration lasted from 3 months to 3 years.Only one case had slight ache in the right of upper abdomen and had no other symptoms.ConclusionsFor ocallized stones in bile ducts within liver,hepatectomy of the ill liver is the best way to cure the stones in the bile ducts.This method is also fit to be adopted in local small hospitals.
