复发性口疮患者超氧化物歧化酶的临床研究

摘    要:作者对74名复发性口疮(RAU)患者和100名健康人作血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性测定,分别为779.6±198.8和418.3±205.6(P<0.01)。对30名患者在间隙期进行复查,发现SOD虽有回升,但仍低于正常人。对40名口疮患者使用SOD药膜及安慰膜,通过自身交叉试验观察疗效,结果:SOD药膜的有效率为90%,明显优于安慰剂。其作用机理可能为有效地清除了病损区大量的超氧自由基,从而加速了组织的愈合。

Abstract:Activity of superoxide dis-mutase (SOD) was datermined in erythro-cytes obtained from 74 patienis with re-current aphthous ulcerations (RAU) and100 healthy individuals. The resultsShowed that activity level of SOD in RAUwas significantly lower as compared withthat in the controls (P<0.01). The activi-ty of OD in 30 cases of RAU at intervalperiod was elevated on reexamination,but it was still lower than that in thecontrols (P<0.01). There is evidence thatdamage of superoxide radicals (O_2)anddecrease of activity of SOD may play im-portant roles in the pathogenesis of RAU.A random double-blind, placebo-con-trolled, cross-over trial on membrane SODwas carried out in 40 patients with RAU. Theresults demonstrated that the effective rateof SOD was 90%, being markedly higherthan that of placebo. It is suggested thatmembrane SOD, as a topical medicine, co-uld increase the concentration of SOD on theulcerous surfaces, prevent O_2-induced injury,decrease capillary permeability, relieveinflammation and improve cure of ulcer.
