项七针与颈夹脊穴对椎动脉型颈椎病椎-基底动脉血流动力学影响的临床观察

目的 观察项七针与颈夹脊穴对椎动脉型颈椎病椎-基底动脉血流动力学的影响。方法 将患者随机分为项七针组38例和颈夹脊组34例，进行经颅彩色多普勒检查。结果 项七针组有效率为89．47％，颈夹脊组为76．47％，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），项七针组治疗后椎-基底动脉平均血流速度（MV）、血流量（Q）、椎动脉内径（D）、椎-基底动脉搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI）的改变与颈夹脊组比较均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论 在改善脑供血方面项七针组优于颈夹脊组。

Clinical observations on the influences of nape seven needles and cervical jiaji points on vertebrobasilar hemodynamics in cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type

Objective To observe the influences of nape seven needles and cervical jiaji points on vertebrobasilar hemodynamics in cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.Methods The patients were randomly allocated to a nape seven needles group of 34 cases and a cervical jiaji points group of 34 cases.Color transcranial Doppler examination was performed.Results The effective rate was 89.47% in the nape seven needles group and 76.47% in the cervical jiaji points group;there was a significant difference(P<(0.05)).After treatment,there were significant differences in all vertebrobasilar mean velocity(MV),blood flow quantity(Q),vertebroarterial diameter(D),vertebrobasilar pulsation index(PI) and resistance index(RI) between the nape seven needles group and the cervical jiaji points group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nape seven needles are better than cervical jiaji points in improving cerebral blood supply.
