| 摘 要： | 目的对类固醇等药物综合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效进行临床观察。方法高原难治性突发性耳聋48例随机分为两组,对照组采用银杏达莫、辅酶A、三磷酸腺苷常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组药物治疗基础上加用地塞米松鼓室内注射。结果治疗组的治疗听力改善高于对照组（P〈0．001）。结论地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗突发耳聋临床上有很好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the response of dexamethasone injection in the middleear for suddendeafness.Methods Fortyeight patients were randomly divided into twogroups.Both groups were given common medicines includingg ingkgo,coenzymeA,inosine and vitamineB,and the experiment groupwas given dexamethasone in the middleear.Results The total response in the control and experiment groups respectively(P<0.001).Conclusion Dexamethasone injection in the middleear is good for suddendeafness. |
