精神分裂症与ABO血型等相关因素的分析

目的探讨精神分裂症与ABO血型、家族遗传史等致病因素之间的关系。方法用临床常规的正反定型法对病人ABO血型检测，并与正常人血型对照。同时，还对患者家族遗传史、发病诱因进行分析。结果204例精神分裂症患者ABO血型分布与518例正常人比较差异无显著性。患者性别与血型分布比较差异无显著性，但男性患者血型分布为B型〉O型，女性患者血型分布为O型〉13型。结论精神分裂症男性患者中B型比例较高，女性患者中O型较高。

Association Analysis between Schizophrenia with ABO Blood Group and so on

Objective To explore the relationship among schizophrenia, ABO blood group and family heredity. Methods Using positive negative blood grouping to detect ABC) blood group,and compared with normol subjects. Meanwhile, the inducement is analysed to still have illness coming on to patient's family hereditary. Results 204 schizophrenia patients' ABO blood groups are distribute and have no significance with the comparative difference between 518 normal persons. Patient's sex and blood group are distribute the comparative difference and have no significance. But male patients' blood group B was higher and that of blood group O was lower in schizophrenia. The women patients' blood group was O higher and that of blaxi group B was lower in schizophrenia. Conclusion The blood of Model B of male patient of schizophrenia is relatively high in proportion; Women patient O type is higher.
