膦甲酸钠苦参联合治疗慢性重型乙肝临床研究

目的了解膦甲酸钠（可耐）、苦参联合应用在慢性重型乙型肝炎患者中的抗病毒治疗效果及是否提高生存率。方法对78例血清定量阳性的慢性重型乙型肝炎随机抽取分为常规综合治疗组38例,男37例,女21例,年龄（45.6±20.5）岁;膦甲酸钠苦参治疗组40例,男37例,女23例,年龄（51.4±20.7）岁,2组临床资料相仿,P〉0.05,具有可比性在综合疗法的基础上。治疗组在常规综合治疗上予以膦甲酸钠、苦参抗病毒治疗。对照组为常规综合治疗。结果膦甲酸钠苦参治疗组HBV-DNA阴转率25%,HBeAg阴转率为45%,临床有效率为72.5%;对照组HBV-DNA阴转率为7.89%;HBeAg阴转率为21.10%,临床有效率为42.10%。结论在综合疗法的基础上,应用膦甲酸钠加苦参治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎,安全有效,无明显不良反应,提高患者的生存率。

Kushen Foscarnet Combination Therapy Clinical Study of Chronic Severe Hepatitis B

Objective Understanding of foscarnet,Sophora combination in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B patients with antiviral treatment and whether they improve survival rate.Methods Quantitative serum of 78 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B-positive randomly divided into conventional therapy group,38 cases were 37 males and 21 females,aged 45.6±20.5years;foscarnet Kushen group of 40 patients treated,37 males,and 23 females,aged 51.4±20.7years,clinical data of the two groups is similar,P0.05,are comparable on the basis of the combination therapy.In the conventional treatment group to be a comprehensive treatment of foscarnet,matrine and anti-viral treatment.The control group,routine comprehensive treatment.Results Foscarnet treatment group Kushen HBV-DNA negative conversion rate of25%,HBeAg negative conversion rate of 45% and the clinical effective rate was 72.5%;control group,HBV-DNA negative conversion rate of 7.89%;HBeAg negative conversion rate of 21.10%,the clinical response rate was 42.10%.Conclusion In the combination therapy,based on the application of foscarnet plus Kushen the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B,safe and effective,no obvious adverse reactions to improve patient survival.
